About VFW Scottsdale Post 3513

Scottsdale Veterans Memorial dedication 2009
Crowds turned out for the dedication of the Scottsdale Veterans Memorial at City Hall on Veterans Day 2009.

VFW Post 3513 is named after Stanley A. Crews, who was Arizona's first combat death in World War II.

Our charter was issued 65 years ago in 1946.

We are the largest VFW Post in Scottsdale, with 635 veteran members and 214 Ladies Auxiliary members.

The Post is run entirely by member volunteers, and we are always looking for new volunteers.

In 1998 we moved into our building, near the corner of Scottsdale and Thomas Roads.
